Visitor Visa (TRV) & Super Visa
For tourism, business or visiting family. We prepare visitor visa and Super Visa applications for parents and grandparents.
Express Entry
Express Entry is Canada’s main system for skilled worker permanent residence. We assess your CRS score and eligibility and manage your profile and application.
BC PNP
The BC Provincial Nominee Program can nominate skilled workers, graduates and entrepreneurs for permanent residence. A nomination through Express Entry adds 600 CRS points.
Family Sponsorship
Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor a spouse, common-law partner or dependent children. We also advise on parent and grandparent options.
Citizenship
Permanent residents who meet the physical presence and other requirements can apply for Canadian citizenship. We check your eligibility and prepare your application.

HOW TO BECOME A PERMANENT RESIDENT OF CANADA?
The first step is finding the immigration program that suits you best. Requirements depend on the stream you qualify for, and factors include your age, work experience, education, language ability, funds and family ties in Canada. We assess your profile and recommend the right pathway.
HOW ARE LMIA BASED WORK PERMITS PROCESSED?
Most LMIA-based work permits involve two steps. First, the employer applies to Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). If ESDC issues a positive LMIA, the worker then applies to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for the work permit.
HOW CAN PROVINCIAL NOMINATION HELP IN BOOSTING EXPRESS ENTRY POINTS?
A provincial nomination received through Express Entry adds 600 points to your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, which almost always leads to an invitation to apply for permanent residence.
IS A JOB OFFER FROM A CANADIAN EMPLOYER MANDATORY?
No. Since March 2025, job offers no longer add CRS points in Express Entry, and you can create a profile without one. A job offer is still required for some programs, such as certain Provincial Nominee Program streams.
DO I NEED WORK EXPERIENCE TO QUALIFY FOR EXPRESS ENTRY?
Yes. Most applicants need at least one year of skilled work experience in a TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 occupation under the National Occupational Classification (NOC). Requirements vary by program.
WHO CAN BE INCLUDED IN YOUR PERMANENT RESIDENCY APPLICATION
Under the Family Sponsorship category, the following individuals can be included in the sponsored person's application for a Canada Immigration Visa:
- The spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner of the sponsored person
- The dependent children of the sponsored person
- The dependent children of the sponsored person's spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner
- The dependent children of the sponsored person's dependent children
- The dependent children of the sponsored person's spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner's children
